• Software Design: A well-designed application is the basis for a successfully deployed application. Our team works with the client to detail the application's functional specifications. With this knowledge in hand, we are able to architect the application to successfully fulfill the business needs. In conjunction, it is imperative that the application is designed to graphically appeal to the client, be consistent with the client's branding and provide intuitive navigation for the application user.
• Development: With approved graphical and functional designs, the Blue Atlas team moves seamlessly into the development phase. We follow standard software development principles that ensure the resulting site and associated applications will not only be successfully deployed, but also efficiently maintainable and enhanced, as required.
• Integration: Blue Atlas provides integration services that enable our clients to enhance existing legacy systems. We have direct experience with numerous third-party applications.
• Deployment: We do not deliver the completed application to the client and exit the project. We see every project through its full life-cycle, so we work in conjunction with our client's IT department to ensure that the application is launched successfully. We do not measure our success with a given project until the application is launched and in use by the client.
• Training: Each web application deployment that we manage includes training for key personnel. Depending upon the project requirements, the training is conducted on-site or remotely (via online communication and/or conference calls).
• Maintenance: A mistake made by some organizations with their Web presence is not dedicating a budget for application maintenance. Any software application should be considered a "living" entity that requires maintenance, enhancement and monitoring. It is vitally important that our clients understand that an application be given attention so that it continues to meet the business needs.
